Moov Mauritel-Mattel-Chinguitel : Regulation Authority imposes record fine

The three mobile phone operators have received a new sanction from the Mauritanian Regulatory Authority (ARE).

Moov MauritelMattel and Chinguitel will be required to pay the Treasury $7.2 million for failing to meet their contractual commitments regarding audio quality and data services.
