France’s Avico to buy the Tunisian state’s shares in Nouvelair
According to Africa Business+ sources, Avico, the French airline broker, intends to become a shareholder in the Nouvelair group, majority owned by Karim Milad’s tourism company TTS.

As part of the disposal of assets and companies confiscated in the aftermath of the revolution, al-Karama Holding plans to sell by tender the State’s shares in Nouvelair: 23.85% in the airline and 2.76% in the service company, Nouvelair Handling.
