Once again, Morocco hires Orrick for its new $2.5m bond issuance

The $2.5bn issuance in bonds on the international financial market under the Rule 144A/Regulation S comprises two $1.25bn-tranches: the first tranche is a 5-year bond with an annual interest rate of 5.95%, and the second a ten-and-a-half-year bond with a coupon rate of 6.5%.
