Turkish giant Albayrak acquires shareholding in textile specialist Karnawall Morocco  

The Moroccan subsidiary of Turkish company Karnawall has increased its capital after welcoming four new shareholders. Details from Africa Business+.

Five years after its creation, the Moroccan subsidiary of the Turkish group Karnawall has opened its capital to four new investors: Eregli Tekstil Turizm Sanayi Ve, a Stamboulian company specialising in the manufacture of uniforms and three of its directors: Mustafa Albayrak, Muzaffer Albayrak and Mesut Muhammet Albayrak.
