Burkina Faso’s Minister of Economy and Finance, Aboubacar Nacanabo, a tax expert who was recalled from South Africa last October to join the government of Prime Minister Apollinaire Joachimson Kyélem de Tambela, is counting on the imminent approval of emergency funding from the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
