Castel puts Somdiaa mills on sale : Seaboard and Ameropa in the running
The sale of the French group’s continental milling assets has been in the pipeline for several months and should be launched in mid-April. Seaboard and Ameropa, among others, are interested.

Pierre Castel‘s group, a global wine and spirits giant and the continent’s leading beer producer, is to launch the process of divesting its African mills in mid-April by opening a data room, Africa Business+ has learned.
