As promised by MSC – the aim of which is to develop the new brand in keeping with Africa’s industrialisation – the management of Africa Global Logistics (AGL) remains unchanged following the takeover. AGL was not integrated into the Swiss group and will continue to operate independently. However, its governance includes representatives of the new shareholder.
