Olam and Forafric also interested in Castel sale of Somdiaa mills

As Africa Business + reported, the sale of Pierre Castel’s Somdiaa mills is particularly interesting. In addition to Seaboard and Ameropa, other candidates are studying the dossier.

According to our information, Olam, the Singapore agricultural commodity trading giant co-founded and headed by Sunny Verghese, has expressed interest in buying the Somdiaa mills – located in Togo, Congo, Gabon and Cameroon – from the Castel group.
