Fertilisers: ETG and Yara to negotiate exclusive deal for West and Central Africa
Another major deal in the fertiliser sector is in the works following DPI’s acquisition of Solevo, which was completed in mid-April, as revealed by Africa Business +.

Norway’s Yara, the world’s leading nitrogen fertiliser company, and Export Trading Group (ETG), a Kenyan conglomerate based in Dubai, are in exclusive negotiations for the latter to acquire the former’s West and Central African operations, Africa Business+ has learned.
