The contract won by the Senegalese group I-Cons is worth CFAF8,498 billion (€12,922 million). The company owned by the Agne family scored an unglamorous victory: it was the only candidate to respond to the national call for tenders launched by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Land Transport and Development, whose incumbent is Mansour Faye.
