ICSID terminates BSGR’s appeal against arbitration award in favour of Guinea in Simandou case

On 18 May, the ICSID terminated BSGR’s appeal last August to set aside the award against it in arbitration against Guinea.

This decision by the Acting Secretary General of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) Arbitration Centre follows the non-payment of the costs of the annulment proceedings.
