The deal will see ACG Acquisition Company Ltd acquire the Brazilian mines Atlantic Nickel (nickel) and Mineraçao Vale Verde (copper), for now owned by funds advised by Appian Capital Advisory LLP. The transaction is expected to close in July, after which the company will be renamed ACG Electric Metals Ltd.
