Arbitration: the experts advising Indiana Resources, Winshear Gold and Montero Mining against Tanzania
Lawyer Timothy Foden is advising the three mining companies in the three cases brought before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) alongside other experts. The case brought by Indiana Resources has just resulted in the Tanzanian government being ordered to pay the company $109.5 million.
