La Mancha Fund founder Naguib Sawiris still interested in Appian’s nickel assets despite ACG takeover failure
The aborted deal, proposed last June, would have seen the consortium comprising La Mancha Resource Fund, Glencore, Stellantis, PowerCo (Volkswagen) and Royal Gold taking over the Brazilian mines Atlantic Nickel (nickel) and Mineraçao Vale Verde (copper), currently owned by Appian Capital Advisory LLP.
