Port of Cotonou: Canada-AfDB climate fund supports modernisation

The Autonomous Port of Cotonou (PAC), managed by the Antwerp-Bruges port company, has launched several projects and relies in part on a Canada-Africa facility, alongside loans from the AfDB, a Sino-African fund and two loans from NSIA Banque.
