Nouakchott seeks developer for ESZN special energy zone
A pre-qualification notice has been launched to recruit a private operator for the development and operation of the future service zone dedicated to the energy and natural gas sectors, and green hydrogen in particular, located in the autonomous port of Nouakchott.
