Banker Dramane Bazie at the helm of the Burkina Faso subsidiary of Cofina (Jean Luc Konan)

The rapidly expanding financial group founded by Ivorian Jean-Luc Konan has appointed banker Dramane Bazie to head its Burkina Faso subsidiary, Jeune Afrique Business + has learned.

“We have chosen Dramane Bazié for his knowledge of the Burkina market. His extensive experience in the sector with an intermediary such as Orabank Burkina, which focuses on SMEs, combined with his training as a lawyer will help Cofina to rapidly establish a foothold on the Burkina market,” explained a Cofina executive in comments to Jeune Afrique Business+.
