Real Estate: Grit will acquire stakes in Huawei and PwC assets in Ghana
The real-estate management specialist, which just purchased a Club Med resort in Senegal, is about to finalise two new acquisitions in the English-speaking market.

The CEO of Grit Real Estate Income Group, Bronwyn Corbett is planning on adding two emblematic skyscrapers to her Ghanaian portfolio. The African company, whose shares are traded on three stock exchanges, will close the deal for more than $18 million to acquire a 50% stake in the Huawei and PwC headquarters from the Ghanaian company Goldkey Properties Ltd headed by Fuseina Abu, former senior executive at the Swedish construction behemoth Skanska.
