Investors are flocking to NSIA Banque Côte d’Ivoire’s (Jean Kacou Diagou) securitisation fund
By transferring €61 million in healthy debt next month to investors on the stock market, NSIA hopes to free up funds that should help finance the development of small- and medium-sized businesses in Côte d’Ivoire. According to our sources, there are already buyers for more than half of all the securities.

Since the subscriptions were opened up on 7 February, appetite for securities has been encouraging “from both institutional and private investors, which should help us reach our target amount by 6 March [the subscription closing date],” explains Eliane Alangba, Deputy CEO of the investment syndicate NSIA finance, to Jeune Afrique Business+.
