Madagascar: the AfDB organises financing for the Sahofika dam project
The project’s sponsor is overseeing financing negotiations and had already granted a $100 million guarantee by late 2019 at a board of directors meeting.

The Sahofika project is being carried out by the Neho (Onive New Hydropower Energy) consortium, comprising Themis, Eiffage, Eranove and research firm HIER.
