Orange scrambles to set up crisis committees in wake of Covid-19
According to information obtained by Jeune Afrique Business+, the telecoms operator is taking action internally in response to a crisis that has wide-ranging repercussions.

From Casablanca, where the French group opened the headquarters of its Orange Middle East and Africa regional arm this past January, CEO Alioune Ndiaye’s teams are making the necessary preparations. With more than 125 million customers across the continent, telecoms giant Orange recently decided to implement a number of robust measures in response to the Covid-19 crisis.
