Afreximbank to loan €300m to Sonara
President Paul Biya has authorised the government to enter into negotiations with the pan-African export-import bank to finance the Cameroon-based company’s imports of refined petroleum products.

The president’s decision was recorded in a memo dated 25 March sent by Ferdinand Ngoh, Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Republic, to his counterpart at the Office of the Prime Minister, Séraphin Magloire Fouda.
