In battle with Burkina Faso’s Eddie Komboïgo, Canal+ launches a counterattack in France and Côte d’Ivoire
After being sentenced in the court of first instance and on appeal in Ouagadougou, the French group, a subsidiary of Bolloré, is launching new proceedings in Abidjan and Nanterre. It is also calling on the Burkinabe state to comply with its investment protection obligations, according to Jeune Afrique Business+.

According to our sources, Canal+, a Bolloré subsidiary, is continuing its legal battle against its former Burkinabe distributor, Eddie Komboïgo, owner of the company Prosat.
