The proposal was made to shareholders on 11 June: the real estate company Grit Real Estate Income Group (Grit) plans to withdraw from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). This is a landmark decision for the firm, which, since 2018, has been the only company with exclusively African activities to have a triple listing, namely in Port Louis, Johannesburg, and London.
