Growthpoint Properties is the largest real estate investment trust listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). The group, headed by Norbert Sasse, will use tailor-made financing from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to pursue its developments, particularly in low-impact buildings in South Africa.
