Belkhayat finalises acquisition of Fater Morocco and strengthens Dislog’s management
Today, 22 June, Moncef Belkhayat completed the final acquisition of Fater Morocco, the country’s leading bleach manufacturer, whose brands include Ace and Javel Lacroix. Jeune Afrique Business+ has the details.

The two parties reached an agreement several months ago and have since been awaiting word on the approval of the Moroccan authorities and, in particular, the Competition Council.
