Burkina Faso: Spanish PN-HG to invest 8 billion CFA francs in first bioclimatic development
According to Jeune Afrique Business+’s sources, the Burkinabe subsidiary of the Spanish group will construction of the first ever bioclimatic development, near Ouagadougou. Project cost: 8 billion CFA francs.

Although the Spanish developer PN-HG recently signed an agreement with the government of Benin to build 1,300 social and affordable housing units in the new city of Ouédo, north of Cotonou, Jeune Afrique Business+ learned that its Burkinabe subsidiary PN-BF is preparing to start construction of a bioclimatic development in Burkina Faso.
