Engie to merge its Africa and Middle East activities
Scheduled to take place at the beginning of next year, the French energy group’s rationalisation follows its decision to withdraw from some twenty countries.

Following a review of its organisational structure in January 2016, Engie has decided to further consolidate its 11 geographical business units, which are focused on one or several countries.
