Air Madagascar appoints new board of directors
The partnership agreement forged between the two airlines on 30 November 2017 ended on 21 July 2020 with the sale of Air Austral’s share to CNAPS, the Madagascan National Social Security Fund.

On 10 August, a new board of directors was established to lead Air Mad, with CNAPS now holding a 43% stake in the national airline.
