RATP Dev’s leadership team in Africa
With Laurence Batlle at the helm, RATP Dev has just been awarded the contract to manage Line 3 of the Cairo metro, allowing the company to develop a fourth hub on the continent. Here, we give an overview of the group’s Africa managers.

For this contract, RDMC (RATP Dev Mobility Cairo), a Cairo-based company, was created in 2019 to oversee operations and maintenance of Line 3. The value of the concession is estimated at €1.13bn over 15 years, covering 22.9 km of line and 19 stations.
