The National Company for Land Development, Housing Development, Promotion and Real Estate Management (Iskan), a subsidiary of the Mauritanian Ministry of Housing and Spatial Planning, is piloting a project for a commercial complex in Arafat, the most populous district of Nouakchott. The entity seeks a subcontractor for the construction work.
