Atlas Tower could force SBA Communications to buy joint subsidiary in South Africa
Twelve months after a first agreement, the two partners can now exercise the option that would give the American company full ownership of Atlas Tower South Africa.

After SBA Communications Corporation exercised an option on 30 August 2019 to increase its stake in Atlas Tower South Africa, the company based in Boca Raton, Florida now owns 94% of its joint subsidiary with Atlas Tower Group, an SME that started out in Alaska.
