BWT to make Senegal’s PMI a West Africa water treatment leader
The Austrian industrial water treatment specialist is acquiring its local partner in Senegal with the aim of gaining a stronger foothold in the region and speeding up its growth.

PMI, the Senegalese company now owned by Philippe Mosser and Michel Deltour, is to gradually become part of Austrian water treatment group Best Water Technology (€610m turnover in 2019). Via its subsidiary BWT France, Best Water has decided to acquire the company with which it has been working for 25 years with a view to strengthening its presence in West Africa, in line with its “Cap Afrique 21” strategy.
