The dispute between Gesenu SPA and the Egyptian State may be drawing to a close. The two former partners, at loggerheads since last October and the registration of their arbitration at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), have finally agreed on the tribunal that will decide the case.
