SCPA 3K features alongside Gide and Bilé-Aka, Brizoua-Bi in Petroci-Sahara Energy deal
The Abidjan firm worked with Gide to counsel the Ivorian company while Bilé-Aka advised the oil trader on this deal, which Jeune Afrique Business+ revealed on 10 September.

From SCPA 3K (Koné/Kamara/Konan), Adama Koné handled Petroci’s interests in the operation. Co-founder, he is a graduate of ENA Bamako and the University of Cocody-Abidjan. SCPA 3K was responsible for adapting the negotiations conducted by Gide to Ivorian law. The firm previously worked with Petroci and Gide in 2017 on a dispute between the company and Amcon, which was seeking to recover a €1.3bn debt.
