How Kosmos Energy plans to refinance the Mauritania/Senegal Greater Tortue project

The junior has identified financing options to help fund the second phase of work on the deposit – and plans to take advantage of the current negativity in the LNG market.

Although Kosmos expressed, in February 2019, its desire to sell 10% of its shares in the Greater Tortue Ahmeyim project, located in deep water between Senegal and Mauritania, the junior has just unveiled new plans for the deposit’s exploitation.
