Marc Petitier takes his African client list to White & Case in Paris
The M&A lawyer, who is leaving Linklaters, is working on several large cases on the continent.

His move has attracted attention within the small world of Africa-focused corporate lawyers. Marc Petitier, who trained at the University of Versailles and the IAE Paris-Sorbonne, is joining American firm White & Case as partner after 20 years at Linklaters in the UK, where he was also partner. “I am delighted to be joining the firm, which is currently experiencing very strong growth,” he told Jeune Afrique Business+.
