Rosso sanitation: Setec-Adig consortium competes with FNX-Innov for consulting services

The consortium composed of the French company Setec and the Mauritanian anti-poverty NGO Adig was pre-selected in the tender for the contract to update the Rosso sanitation master plan’s study.

Rosso, a coastal city in south-western Mauritania and with a population of just over 35 000, has been plagued by flooding in recent years. This dilemma prompted a competition organised by the Minister of Hydraulics and Sanitation, Sid Ahmed Ould Mohamed to solve the problem.
