Ammar Kanaan (TIL-MSC) refuses let go of the Douala terminal where Bolloré and APMT intend to return

The Swiss port operator still hopes to manage the container terminal for which it submitted a successful bid in September 2019. It extended the validity of its offer once again, despite the process’s suspension, and intends to send an envoy to Yaoundé, according to Jeune Afrique Business+.

Terminal Investments Limited (TIL) recently prolonged the validity of its offer for the concession of the Douala-Bonaberi container terminal to the end of 2021. This is the third such extension, after the previous two on 30 August and 31 December 2020.
