Charles Nairac appointed head of the Lagos International Arbitration Panel

The Lagos Court of Arbitration recently established the Lagos International Arbitration Panel and has appointed Charles Nairac (White & Case) as Chairman.

The Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA) was established in November 2012 and is located within the International Centre for Arbitration and ADR (ICAA) in Lagos, Nigeria. It deals primarily with international disputes.
