Olivier Granet and David Damiba’s Kasada make its mark in West Africa
The investment fund Kasada Capital Management has got its hands on AccorInvest’s portfolio in Africa with eight establishments in Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal and Cameroon.

More than 12 months after the first announcement of its launch, Kasada Hospitality Fund LP (“Kasada”)—advised by Kasada Capital Management—has completed its first transaction by acquiring all the assets of AccorInvest‘s African real estate subsidiary. The European-based hotel owner and operator has been in difficulty since the COVID-19 crisis and has chosen to refocus on the European market.
