Patrick Larrivé’s Asafo teams up with Albert Alsina in Cash Plus exit

The Casablanca branch of the firm launched by Pascal Agboyibor supported MCP in selling its shares in the financial company.

With this exit, Mediterrania Capital Partners closes the year’s first major transaction for North African private equity. After a four-and-a-half-year mandate, Albert Alsina‘s investor capital announced its exit from Cash Plus, one of Morocco’s largest money transfer companies, led since 2014 by Hazim Sebbata.
