After the effective takeover by the Lebanese group Chedid, the management and the board of the leading brokerage firm in French-speaking sub-Saharan Africa was reconstituted to ensure continuity.

closed the financial transaction on Wednesday, 24 February. According to Jeune Afrique Business+ sources, the governance of the pan-African insurance broker Ascoma, previously owned by the French family Husson, was restructured once all the formalities and regulatory authorisations had been obtained in all the countries concerned.
