Damiba and Granet negotiate $160 million with IFC for the Kasada Fund
A few weeks after the announcement of its acquisition of AccorInvest real estate company, the hotel fund is preparing for the next step with international institutions.

Launched in 2018, Kasada Hospitality Fund LP has raised more than $500 million from its two co-shareholders, Accor and Qatar Investment Authority (QIA). This large foundation, the first of its kind, is dedicated to purchasing hotels in Africa.
