Philippe Bourdeaux was officially appointed head of African activities at Veolia, effective 2 April, according to Jeune Afrique business + sources. He replaces Christophe Maquet, who has been responsible for the company’s activities in Asia, one of the key regions of the group led by CEO Antoine Frérot, since January 2019.
