Mali: GCA appeals to the project donor AfDB after being ousted from the Djenné electricity contract
The Burkinabè group seeks to defend its case with the Pan-African institution after the failure of a first appeal to the Malian regulator.

Global Construction Afrique (GCA) and its Austrian partners Gugler and Swiss Costronic appealed to the African Development Bank (AfDB) against the awarding of the construction contract of the mini-hydropower plant in Djenné to the Indian consortium Mecamidi-Hpp-Prill last February.
