The CDC’s CGIS is rapidly marketing the land reserve of the former Yoff-Dakar airport

This major real estate project, located near the centre of the Senegalese capital on part of the former international airport, includes housing and a business centre. BGFIBank refinanced the sale of the site by the State to CDC.

The Compagnie Générale Immobilière du Sahel (CGIS), a real estate subsidiary of the Caisse des Dépôts du Sénégal, is in the process of completing the marketing of most of the 30 ha entrusted to it by its parent company in Dakar-Yoff. The latter has just refinanced itself with BGFIBank.
