Helios Fairfax Partners poised to take over Nova Pioneer schools
The network created by a former McKinsey director has received several endorsements from Fairfax Africa since 2017.

This time a significant milestone has been reached with the Babatunde Soyoye and Tope Lawani-led holding company, which manages more than $3.6bn in positions, taking sole control of the chain of schools. According to an official document consulted by Jeune Afrique Business+, the takeover will be done through Ascendant Learning Limited, the Mauritius-registered holding company that owns all the Nova Pioneer schools.
