Rudolph Cerqueira heads new Tunisia AOS office
Founded four years ago and supported by Bpifrance, the platform specialising in managing calls for tender in the construction sector is planting its flag in Africa for the first time.

Rudolph Cerqueira oversees the new AOS office in the Lac 3 Economic Zone in Kram, Tunis, with about 50 employees in 1,500 m2 of offices. A human resources specialist with a degree from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Cerqueira began his mid-1990s with Danone before moving on to Michael Page. At the end of the 2000s, after six years at Harrison Willis as CEO, he joined Accetis International, the multi-specialist recruitment firm, as Managing Director France & Middle East Africa until 2010.
