Helios Towers prepares for departure of chief executive Kash Pandya

The director is due to retire in April. His operations manager and former CFO will take over.

The iconic Helios Towers chief executive will step down in April 2022 after seven years at the group’s helm. The announcement was made on the London Stock Exchange, where Helios was listed in late 2019 under the leadership of the same Kash Pandya.
